Etsy DuJour: PressaRussa

All of PressaRussa’s letterpress items are printed using a little 5 x 8 tabletop press. All of the movable type and print blocks are vintage so no two prints are exactly the same. PressaRussa’s designer Lisa also has another shop called IVANandLUCY that makes more canvas bags similar to the ones in her PressaRussa shop.

Erdem for Smythson

Fashion designer Erdem Moralioglu has designed a limited-edition collection of notebooks and diaries featuring his signature prints and colour-blocked line drawings engraved and printed on goatskin leather. All the books and diaries are lined with printed silk and two pages of the designer’s illustrations printed on Smythson signature Featherweight blue paper. Smythson Creative Director Samantha Cameron said of the collaboration: “What I love about the collection is how well the leather represents the beautiful simplicity of Erdem’s designs and their paint-like quality. They have the power of making a static object come to life.” Visit Smythson.com to purchase.
Hermès Typewriters

I have always wanted a typewriter and when I finally commit to purchasing one I think it’s going to be an Hermès, either 3000 or Baby/Rocket model from the 1950s/60s.

Above are the 3000 model the green from 1958, the year it was first introduced, and the blue from the late 1960s.

Stern Graveur Paris

One of my favorite things in Paris is The Maison Stern Graveur, a luxury stationery shop founded in 1836 that is located in the Passage des Panoramas. They make the most beautiful personalized cards, writing paper, and invitations– past fans have included Jean Cocteau.
