Mickey Rourke having lunch at Orsini on Thurloe Place in South Kensington, with the same grey haired man he was photographed leaving the Stringfellows club with last week. Rourke was also apparently stopped in customs last week while preparing to fly out of the U.S. for carrying a suspiciously large amount of cash.
