Prince Amadeo is the eldest son of HI&HR Prince Lorenzo and Princess Astrid of Belgium. The 21-year-old royal is sixth in line to the throne. Amadeo attended primary school in his native country before being sent to boarding school in England. He graduated from the Sevenoaks School in Kent in 2003 and spent a year as an officer in the Belgian military before beginning his degree at the London School of Economics in 2005.

Born into the German nobility in 1939 Countess Vera Gottliebe Anna von Lehndorff-Steinort became one of the most famous faces in fashion during the 1960s and 70s. Her family was left homeless after WWII and Veruschka went on to study art in Hamburg and Florence. In Florence she met photographer Ugo Mulas and was soon introduced to Eileen Ford of the Ford Modeling Agency. Initially she received few bookings so Eileen sent her back to Munich and told people she was Russian. Under the name Veruschka a mystique surrounded the Countess and she soon changed the face of fashion. In 1966 Veruschka starred in the legendary Michelangelo Antonioni film Blow Up.

Prince William’s on and off girlfriend Kate Middleton was seen partying until just after midnight at London’s Mihki club only to emerge the next morning at seven a.m. to go out for a row. Kate has taken up rowing for chartable causes, and plans to compete with an all girls team to cross the English Channel in a dragon boat. If successful Kate’s boat will be the first group of all woman to ever do so. They will be competing against an all boys boat and concerns have been raised that the paparazzi will rent speed boats and create too much wake for the event to take place.

The man that Charlotte Casiraghi has been seen about town with is not a Kuwaiti prince as first reported. He is Alex Dellal, the son of millionaire property developer Guy Dellal and Brazilian supermodel Andrea. His sister younger sister Alice is dating Charlotte’s younger brother Pierre. Both Dellals have previously modeled for Burberry.
