Up till now, RDuJour’s favorite cupcakes have hailed from Princeton’s Bent Spoon, in our mind surpassing that of even the terribly overrated Magnolia. A London based intern has long held that Hummingbird is superior to both. Now that the entire staff has had a chance to visit, a vote was held and we can announce that Hummingbird reigns supreme.
Bow for Lashes

We are so into Natasha Khan, the babe behind Bat For Lashes. These photos were taken by a friend of RDuJour the week before last when BFL opened for Radiohead in London (which was apparently amazing). Alice Dellal for Agent Provocateur?
06/03/2008 (4:39 pm)
Alice apparently had a trial photo shoot with the lingerie brand founded by Josephy Corre, son of Vivienne Westwood, and would be replacing Kate Moss as the face of the company.
Evelina

This charming novel by Frances Burney is one that inspired the later works of Jane Austen and Thomas Hardy. It is a portrait of 18th century London society and is filled with historical facts about the city.
