Ines de la Fressange, Roger Vivier Brand Ambassador and Bruno Frisoni, Creative Director, hosted a cocktail party at the Roger Vivier Boutique on 29 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré to celebrate the exclusive prelaunch of Roger Vivier book, published by Rizzoli in the presence of the book’s authors and contributors. The raison d’être for the book was to discover the evolution of Roger Vivier from an iconic and inspirational shoe brand to a sophisticated, contemporary Parisian, luxury accessories Maison with an International reach.
Upon arrival, guests (who included the likes of Catherine Deneuve, Jessica Stam, Stella Tennant and Vincent Dare) were greeted by gorgeous oversize white paper roses that adorned the façade of the Maison. Inside, the furniture disappeared underneath white paper, and whimsical white paper roses were suspended to complement the dreamy décor. A life-size Roger Vivier “pop-up” book revealed the iconic signature pieces of the Maison that magically appeared to float between the white pages. The book will be available from April 2nd in the Roger Vivier boutiques and in fine bookstores.
