Over the weekend Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden married her longtime boyfriend and fitness trainer Daniel Westling. The ceremony held at Stockholm Cathedral was attended by 1,200 royal guests and dignitaries and watched by more than 500 million people on television, making it the biggest royal wedding since Charles and Diana. Tina Brown, editor of The Daily Beast and friend of the late Princess Diana who also penned The Diana Chronicles a few years ago, is reporting that a very good source inside Buckingham Palace has revealed to her that there is a opening in the royal calendar later this spring to announce the engagement of Prince William and his girlfriend Kate Middleton!

The Crillon Ball (also sometimes known as Le Bal Haute Couture, Le Bal des Debutauntes) was held on Saturday at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris.
