Band of Outsiders headed to Marina del Rey, California, to shoot their latest set of promotional polaroids for spring / summer 2010. (Last seasons featuring Jason Schwartzman were a blogger hit). Featuring actors Leslie Mann and Dave Franco and the comedian Donal Glove the campaign depicts the trio in Band of Outsiders classic sportswear while chilling around a boat yard. Gia Coppola and Tracy Antonopoulos for Opening Ceremony
Opening Ceremony paired up with up and coming filmmakers Gia Coppola and Tracy Antonopoulos to direct this film starring Jason Schwartzman and Kirsten Dunst to promote their spring / summer 2010 house label collection. Set to music by Schwartzman’s latest band Coconut Records the short will also be screened at OC’s party for their new boutique at Ace Hotel.

Is that you Max Fischer? Jason Schwartzman pulls out the old Rushmoreish look in this new campaign for preppy revival clothing company Band of Outsiders. Shot on Chung King Road in Los Angeles, the location was a nod to designer Scott Sternberg’s inspiration for the collection– Jean Luc Goddard’s 1967 film La Chinoise. Any Fun – Coconut Records
Coconut Records is a new musical project from former Phantom Planet band drummer, actor, and Coppola clan member Jason Schwartzman. This music video for the song ‘Any Fun’ was shot on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and features Chloe Sevigny, among others, skateboarding. The video was directed by skateboarder and artist Mark Gonzales.
