The ‘Shadow Birkin’ is the latest edition of the iconic Hermes handbag to be released. Designed by Jean Paul Gaultier, who said his inspiration for the bag was a trompe l’oeil concept, the Shadow retails for just under $11,000.

I really don’t get the reason of such high price. I believe that we have lost the values and the qualities we need to survive in that difficult period of time. A lot of people suffer the poverty and we are talking about $11.000 as to be nothing. Please give me a break!
