As could be predicted there were some great and not so great outfits at the People’s Choice Awards. Carrie Underwood underwent three outfit changes, while 90210 stars AnnaLynne McCord and Jessic Stroup rocked some Herve Legerish dresses, and all grown-up Dakota Fanning wore a bright blue dress that happened to be the exact same color as the one being worn by Jordan Sparks. And finally Katherine Heigl had her hair in the headband bouffant style we reported was becoming increasingly popular a few weeks ago. More photos below.
